3. Eligibility

    that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Products and Services

  • Agricultural Products: We buy and sell local agricultural
    products, including crops, fresh produce, and semi-processed goods sourced
    directly from Malagasy farmers.
  • Livestock and Related Services: We provide livestock
    products and associated services, supporting local breeders and promoting
    sustainable animal husbandry.
  • Nursery Services: We operate nurseries providing quality
    seeds, seedlings, and plants for local agricultural development.
  • Local Development Services: We offer training,
    capacity-building programs, and equipment to empower farmers and rural
    communities.
  • Pilot Exhibition Centre: A dedicated space showcasing local
    agricultural products and innovations, bridging the gap between producers
    and markets.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Order Placement: All orders must include accurate and
    complete information, including shipping address, contact details, and
    payment method.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of
    order placement. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and
    other payment methods as specified during checkout.
  • Currency: Prices are displayed in GBP (£), EUR (€), or USD
    ($), and it is possible to use another currency for specific payments,
    depending on your location and selected currency.
  • Settlement Period: Payments are processed within 24 hours
    of order confirmation.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Madagascar (domestic): 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated based on
    the destination and product weight. These fees are non-refundable unless the
    shipment is canceled before processing.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch
    for all eligible shipments.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You may return items within 14 days of
    receipt if they are unused and in their original packaging. Perishable or
    customized agricultural items are non-returnable.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned
    item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14
    business days.
  • Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if
    your order arrives damaged. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as
    appropriate.

  • Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance
    with our Privacy Policy. This includes information provided during
    registration, order placement, and communication with our team.
